Job Description Urgent requirement for Indusind bank. SALARY -1,60,000 TO 2,70,000 Yearly. TIMING -9.30-6.30 Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales: 2.Branch Banking 3.Customer services: 4. Operations : 5. Relationship Manager 6- Hr-Manager Structured bundled offering of products and service to customer within the defined timeline. Penetration of saving Accounts on non liability customers. Ensure quality new acquisition on SA and CA for Resident/ Non Resident and adding more groups to the Classic customers Utilizing the branch sales resources for optimal sales support. Enhance values within each of the customer groups. Ensure that optimum levels of income generation product Group Holding is reached. Ensure that the customer group profitability is achieved. Ensure all classic customers within the portfolio are contacted once every month. Proactively raising eligible customers to the portfolio with the suitable income product. Ensure quality customer service is delivered. Recording Complaints as per the specified process. Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same. Error free documentation for all account opening and customer instruction (Stop payment, FD closure,etc) As locker custodian ensure that locker allotment and related operations is as per process. Maintaining and updating databases through CRM, Flexcube, Telesmart and CBCI The personal banker have to maintain the long standing relationship with the client . Indusind bank and they take care of back end processing of Indusind bank in PAN India. We are looking for minimum graduate with fluent communication skill. Candidate should be highly motivated and have flare for sales. Requirements We are looking for 12`th,under grad, Graduate/MBA with excellent communication skill in english and maturity to handle exclusive existing clients of the bank. Candidate should also posses good analytical ability and presence of mind. There will be incentives a plenty. Performances are measured on point scoring system. Incentives are available on daily, weekly,monthly and annually as per performance. If a executive performs consistently over over 18 month then he/she can become a team leader where the package will be in the range of 1.6L-2.7L pa.
